A lot of us may disagree with a lot of things the man does. But there has never been in recent history, an American president that symbolized hope as much as he does. Maybe his policies are dubious. But I KNOW that the effort is genuine, and that I'm not unknowingly being screwed to an absurd point (As history has shown for recent others)
Hope? I hope not for ousting the Truman's record of highest national debt? Sorry, sorry, let's down that wine as long as it's still fresh and affordable...
