Why African Leaders Should Be Wary of Dr. Sithanen's Prescriptions
Who is heading to the African Development Bank as their new Director for Strategy. Simply because if they follow his advice they could soon need a job at the ADB too.

The "world's greatest business mind", lol, and l'express' ex Man of the year, lol again, is heading where he belongs: a bureacratic World Bank-inspired club hooked on reviewing endlessly its endless gaffes. Where else could such "luminaries" thrive? Only sinking banana republics still cling to those TINAesque poisonous lifelines! At least Parsuramen, and his understated limitations, never flaunted any sort of tasteless hubris. Just watch l'express celebrate the event to realise how desperate and pathetic we have become. Did you listen to his interview? He is saying that he will put in place strategies for Africa to
i. get robust growth ii. which will be inclusive iii. and sustainable iv. and which will eradicate poverty
essentially the same old tunes he has been singing here but delivering quite the contrary while he was MoF. He better go learn from a lot of countries on the continent which have delivered better growth rates in each of the last 5 years.
If I am not mistaken this kind of job needs clearance from the PM (a "fils a papa" he recommended be taught a lesson in the last elections, right?). Doesn't he have any self-esteem?
PM should have refused clearance to RS not because of how RS backstabbed him but because of the scale of the mess that RS could create: quickly sink many African countries.
But PM probably thought that it was better to have Sithanen out of the country than having him join the MMM.
Speaking of which, given that Lutchmeenaraidoo is heading back to his cave and RS is out while KC looks quite confused about even basic issues why doesn't SJ join the MMM? In any case didn't he do the job of the opposition during the last five years??? He will not have any more work to do... well apart from attending a press conference every Saturday... Lol!

If only he could now advise his ex-counterparts in Mauritius not to be clinging to power when they have stopped having brains! We can then call this a blessing in disguise!
I am worried how he is living there is all this mess, he has to help the poor remember.....he must be petrified in case protesters visit him think he is one of them...the rich. and he is there to help the poor! good luck rama, god help you, helping the poor I mean.
Note- helping the poor makes you rich, its good pay!

As MoF, Mr. Sithanen was Governor of the ADB and Mr. Mansoor his alternate.
