For those who refuse to see the sunset, a helpful link to dispel any doubt about the dying trend. And to reinforce the fact that all political parties to date have been at the beck and call of that same sunset industry, spending a fortune in terms of not only money but also unwavering efforts in obtaining useless finds from EU and what not to keep it going, at the expense of our land management, our local small planters and tireless human resources... all with the help of an army of Sirdars who keep repeating that the sugar industry must not die because it has been a pillar of our economy since time began.
