Club M To Miss World Cup in Brazil

Very surprised to learn that we apparently pulled out of the qualifying rounds in October 2011. A BBC article quoted a source within the MFA attributing the withdrawal to a lack of funds.

Mauritius participated in the qualifying rounds of the last four World Cups.

So shocking!

What do you expect from being managed by people who joke so seriously about 'tini-tini' until half-time. Well, they've 'tini-tini' Club M itself from trying its luck for glory. But when there's lavish spending to be made for greeting the world FIFA meeting or for sending administrative officials abroad on some obscure international meeting, then there are ample funds! Tu parles!

Here's something else we're not participating because we don't have Rs2 million. How did we manage to do it before?

These athletes would be well-advised to avail themselves of some voice recorder (unless they aleady have one on their smartphone) to prove their good faith and avert them this kind of embarassment.

This time we didn't even go beyond the first round. Will we be able to reorganize our football in time for 2022?

Sad to hear about this. This guy made us proud on so many times. We don't know the facts of the case but what we do know is that we're a world champion of diabetes prevalence and no less than Stephan Buckland almost stopped running because he couldn't make ends meet.

There's not one policy-maker that can connect a couple of basic dots?

God bless the flat tax and its trillion-rupee shortfall.
