audit report affords us an opportunity to become totally outraged at how our tax rupees are wasted. And why bean-counters cannot hide
under the cover of PBB to mask their miserable failure.

Indeed. Garbage in, garbage out: if you want excellence, you must foot the bill, else, you end up with monkeys...
Of course, everyone finds something to say about the report, but nothing new so far.
May I recommend the auditor to attend this kind of seminar...? And that the impunity regarding the misuse of public funds must stop right away. But do politicians have enough guts to amend laws that will ultimately hit back at their own cronies...?
