How Do The Dying Feel

I wish I could live one more week. They remember good times. They miss their friends. They don't have time for bitterness. That's what one of my friends told me a decade ago about his experience with humans in the absolute last few days of their life.

Now a nurse has collected top regrets of patients with 12 weeks on the clock into a book. These include wishes of having lived a life true to oneself and been happier. Steve was right: death is very likely the single best innovation of life.
