  1. Now it's a full refund for all passengers. After stocks nosedived and wiped 1 billion USD off their holding company's value. And the world and competitors burning holes into your brand equity.
    All this despite protecting itself with thousands of pages of legalese.
    Let's hope MK is taking notes and learns...

  3. Quite severe injuries, and hopefully an equivalent punishment for UA and a deterrent for any others that thought about getting away with these violation of basic customer/human rights.
    Learn MK, learn... Because it's only a question of time that the grievances of Dodoland commoners get remedied by the courts.
