  2. @ Anonynous: I bet you were doing it while sitting...
    But as any prescriptive advice like this, moderation is the key: standing for long periods may not be good for people with certain conditions (ankle, knee, hip, flat-foot, etc.) , while the same is true for sitting for long periods (back, shoulders, neck etc.) Let's hope you find your middle way, sitting or standing. Or both!
