I'm just sad to see the level of our diplomatic discourse! But then I've heared the PM on local TV so many times and can't stop wonderng when he will grow up?
I've heard minister von mally saying the same thing(fish dying of old age in indian ocean) on TV once(that is before the leaks were out)but I dont think he was in that meeting though. looks like this expression has been used before.....
