Last Prime Ministerial Debate Starts in One Hour

For the UK elections of May 6. Gordon Brown will be facing off the two other leaders who want his job on the economy. That should be interesting given the beating the British economy has taken with the financial crisis.

Why can't the MBC arrange for a debate between Ramgoolam and Berenger so that they come and explain to us what they want to do with our economy?

Are you sure we're in 2010?

  2. What do you expect from a debate? It's a bit too late now. 'Les jeux sont faits'despite what is being said on both sides.

  4. @ Anonumous:
Quand to guette Paul et Navin mett dialog, to gagne feeling c'est bann aspirants-PM ki pe causer, mais pplitot bann ring-leaders/metterr-nissa, couma ena dans tout ti-classe lekol.

A debate hosted by MBC? With Dan at its helm? Forget about neutral debates - remember the staged face-to-face with students during Navin's first primeministership?

If we won't have the leaders confronting each other, we can console ourselves by watching their subordinates in action:

The videos may be slow to load at first but it is worth the wait.

Btw, I hope Clegg gives a good demonstration to the Tories and Labour on how the LibDems can do something. Even if The Economist has already showed its preference...

because the political broadcasts we have here in mauritius are ...what...41 years old....the format i mean .

ramgoolam speaks of modern mauritius, my foot!!
