Privy Council Orders New MCB/Lesage Trial

Before a differently constituted court. That's because it thinks that Lesage was denied a fair hearing. Have a look at the interesting judgement.

The headline should have been Mauritian Judiciary gets a blow.
The mainstream media, and especially L'Express owned by Philippe Forget no. 2 of the Mauritius Commercial Bank, have consistently obliterated the truth in this case. Who can stand up against MCB? Very few lawyers, judges, journalists. We need a Bolivarian Revolution.

And now, Eddy Balancy seemed to have been passed over. He was admitted to the 60-year-old Fortis-Darne last night.
